Long time again since my last blogpost.
I like boilerplates. An example for a boilerplate is the HTML5 Boilerplate project that helps you to build web apps without wasting time for thinking about the basic structure, client web browsers and the dependencies of the project (at least a bit).
Therefore I created PHPUnit-Boilerplate some time ago. I’ve just updated the Git repository (it’s a Gist).
PHPUnit-Boilerplate only consists of two XML configuration files, but these two files are very useful in a development environment and a Continuous Integration (CI) environment. You can read all about the project in its
In addition I created the following two “boilerplates” (in fact they are just templates for me):
- Boilerplate Neon configuration file for the documentation generator “ApiGen”: Contains all configuration options.
- License files for the “GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 3, 29 June 2007”: Required to correctly apply the LGPL 3.0+ on a project.
I hope these may be useful.
